Mingus Thingus is a band dedicated to playing the compositions of Charles Mingus. They are back for 2014 featuring a line-up of some of Melbourne’s excellent up and coming young musicians, who collectively strive towards achieving the same level of passion, energy and excitement in their playing that is synonymous with Mingus’ repertoire.
